We, Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman
Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 1985 enacting the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates, and its amendments;
Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (3) of 2012 concerning the establishment of the Ajman Tourism Development Department,
Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (4) of 2014 concerning the reorganisation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments,
And pursuant to Emirate Decree No. (2) of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;
Subject to the approval of the Legislation Committee,
We have issued the following Decree:
