We, Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman
- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 1985 enacting the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates, and its amendments;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3 of 2012 concerning the Establishment of the Ajman Tourism Development Department;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2014 concerning the Reorganisation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments;
- pursuant to Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;
- Subject to the approval of the Legislation Committee,
have issued the following Decree:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decree, shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Ajman.
Ruler: The Ruler of the Emirate.
Crown Prince: Crown Prince of the Emirate.
Department: Ajman Tourism Development Authority.
