And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (40) of 2023 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of the Economy.
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (55) of 2024 concerning the issuance of the Executive regulations for Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 on cooperatives.
In accordance with the presentation given by the Minister of the Ministry.
