The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers and functions of Ministries and Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (12) of 2014 on the regulation of the profession of auditors, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 on administrative offences and penalties within the Federal Government,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (20) of 2020 concerning fees for services provided by the Ministry of Economy, as amended,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (48) of 2022 concerning the Executive regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. (12) of 2014 on the regulation of the profession of auditors,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet,
