Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 1987 enacting the Penal Code
Pursuant to Law No. (1) of 969 concerning the establishment of the Municipality of Fujairah and the Local Licence Law
No. (1) of 1992 of the Emirate of Fujairah and Emirate Decree No. (5) of 1981 concerning
Establishment of the Municipality of Dibba Al-Fujairah. And Decision No. 1 of 2005 concerning the regulation of the operation of crushing plants
and blasting companies, and on the administrative contracts concluded between the Government of Fujairah, represented by the municipality
and the owners of quarries regarding the use of sites designated by the council for stone extraction
Aggregates and products derived therefrom, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest to give effect to the principle of equality
