The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 on the competences of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 concerning human resources in the Federal Government, as amended,
- And pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (44) of 2018 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of the Economy, and its amendments,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for the Economy, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
Has decided:
Article (1)
Definitions
For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the text provides otherwise:
- State: United Arab Emirates.
- Minister: Minister for the Economy.
- Ministry: Ministry of the Economy.

The organisational structure of the Ministry shall be as set out in the organisational chart attached to this Decision, and as specified in the following Articles.
