Ministers, and amendments thereto,

• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (7) of 1999, enacting the Pensions and Insurance Act

Social Security, and amendments thereto,

• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 on human resources in the government

The Federal Constitution, and its amendments,

• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 2011, concerning the State’s general Revenue,

• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2011 on the reorganisation of the Court of Accounts,

• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2011, concerning the regulation of boards of directors and trustees

and the committees within the Federal Government,

• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2011, concerning the rules for the preparation of the general budget

and the final accounts,
