Federal Decree No. 110 of 2026 ratifying the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Eurasian Economic Union

The President of the United Arab Emirates, We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the functions of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Trade, with the approval of The Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

We have outlined what lies ahead:

A Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Eurasian Economic Union, which was signed in Minsk on 27 June 2025, has been ratified; the text of the Agreement is attached.

The Minister for Foreign Trade shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
