Federal Decree No. 111 of 2026 ratifying the Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Trade, with the approval of The Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

We have outlined what lies ahead:

The Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus, which was signed in Minsk on 27 June 2025, and to which the text of the Agreement is annexed, has been ratified.

The Minister for Foreign Trade shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
