Federal Decree No. 105 of 2026 By ratifying the two Arab Common Electricity Market Agreements

The President of the United Arab Emirates,

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, with the approval of The Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

We have outlined what lies ahead:

The two Arab Common Electricity Market agreements, which were signed in Cairo on 2 December 2024, have been ratified, Their texts are attached.

The Minister for Energy and Infrastructure shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
