Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory (DHCR) regulates and licenses healthcare facilities licensed with Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA). This guideline has been prepared to define the minimum requirements to prepare a complete clinical program to be reviewed by the Dubai Healthcare City Authority at the time of application.
