The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in exercise of its powers under Article 6(1) of Law No. 4 of 2013 (as amended) concerning the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued by His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, hereby enacts the following Regulations:
The Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2015 shall be amended as follows:
(1) In section 2(2), replace the subheading “(ca)” with “(c)”. (2) In section 2(4), replace “[level 1 fine]” with “level 1 fine”. (3) In section 5(b) and (c), replace “2018” with “2022”. (4) In section 9(7), replace “[level 1 fine]” with “level 1 fine”. (5) In section 11(2), replace the references to “2015” with “2020”. (6) In section 12(3), delete “.” at the beginning of the sentence. (7) In section 15, replace “2015” with “2022”. (8) In section 16(a), replace “2015” with “2020”. (9) After section 16, insert a new section 17 as follows:
