• ○ Cabinet Decision No. (47) of 2022 concerning the Executive regulation.
• ○ World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Toolkit Working Document on Good Practices for Collective Management Organisations 2025
• ○ Licence to carry out collective management activities 2025
• ○ Annex: Obligations and Conditions for the Licence Authorising the Practice of Collective Management in the Music Sector.

Scope of Application

This guide applies to:

1. Authorised collective management authorities within the State.
2. All rights holders wishing to join collective management organisations.
3. Entities or organisations that use protected works and require licences.
4. The Ministry may apply the provisions of this guide to any body to which it considers them applicable, in accordance with its legislative and executive powers.
