- Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 1999 concerning the establishment of the General Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance, as amended,
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (20) of 2001 concerning the Staff Regulations of the Pension and Social Insurance Authority and amendments thereto,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 concerning human resources in the Federal Government, and its Executive regulations,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (80) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the General Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance,
- Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting No. (5) of 2025, Has decided:
