The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (12) of 2021 concerning fees for services provided by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and its amendments,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet, Has decided:
Article 1
- The service charges set out in the table attached to this Decision shall be added to Table No. (1) attached to the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. (12) of 2021.
- The text of Clause (333) of Table No. (1) annexed to the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. (12) of 2021 shall be replaced by the following text:
