Cabinet Decision No. 214 of 2025 Concerning offences involving adultery and acts that are disturbing or contrary to honour or trust Relating to judicial rehabilitation

The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2022 concerning the restoration of rights,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of the Interior, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

Has decided:

Article (1)

Offences of adultery and indecent or dishonourable acts relating to judicial rehabilitation, as set out in Registers numbered from (29) to (61) attached to this Decision.

Article (2)

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
