The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2023 on mental health,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister of Health and Community Protection, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
It has decided:

Definitions
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2023, as referred to above, shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out opposite them, unless the context of the text indicates otherwise: The Act: Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2023 on Mental Health.
