The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (34) of 2022 concerning the regulation of the legal profession and legal consultancy,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2024 concerning the recovery of debts owed to federal authorities,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (14) of 2025 concerning regulations governing the outsourcing of debt recovery by federal authorities,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (15) of 2025 concerning the regulations and conditions for approving the payment of debts by federal authorities in instalments,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Justice, and with the approval of The Cabinet, Has decided:

Definitions
