The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (30) of 2021 concerning fees for services provided by the Ministry of Climate Change and the Environment,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet, Has decided:
Article (1)
Definitions
For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:

Article (2)
Service charges
The fees set out opposite each service in the Register attached to this Decision shall be payable in respect of the services provided by the Ministry.
