Having regard to Law No. (6) of 2008 concerning the establishment of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and to Law No. (1) of 2016 concerning the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive regulations and amendments thereto, and Decree No. (36) of 2019 appointing the Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and having regard to Executive Council Decision No. (78) of 2022 concerning the regulation of public libraries in the Emirate of Dubai, and to Executive Council Decision No. (116) of 2023 approving the organisational structure of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority,
have decided the following:
