- Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2015 concerning private healthcare facilities, as amended, and its Executive regulation,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2019 on the regulation of the practice of medicine and its Executive regulation,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 2023 concerning the practice of certain health professions by persons other than doctors and pharmacists,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2016 concerning medical liability, as amended, and its Executive regulations,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (20) of 2017, approving the standardised criteria for the issuance of health profession licences at the State level, and its amendments,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (11) of 2021 regarding the organisational structure of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection.
