Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2023 Amending certain provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 18 of 2020 On the subject of special education

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers of Ministries and Ministers, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (18) of 2020 on special education,
• Following the proposal put forward by the Minister of Education, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The following shall be added to the definitions set out in Article (1) of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. (18) of 2020: The following definitions:

The Agency: The Federal Agency for Early Childhood Education, established pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (43) of 2022 on the establishment of the Federal Agency for Early Childhood Education.

The Centre: The National Centre for Education Quality, established pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (44) of 2022 on the establishment of the National Centre for Education Quality.
