Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the powers and functions of Ministries and Ministers, and the laws amending it,
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2002 concerning the practice of veterinary medicine and its executive regulations, and pursuant to The Cabinet Decision No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water and its amendments, and with the aim of regulating the import of veterinary raw materials used in the manufacture of veterinary preparations for the treatment of various animals, in order to ensure the safety of food of animal origin and to safeguard public health, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
