Minister for the Environment and Water,
Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws, And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water, In accordance with the requirements of the public interest,
Has decided:
Article 1
Establishments wishing to export camel’s milk and camel’s milk products to States within the European Union must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 1 Annexed to this decision.
Article 2
The European legislation set out in Annex 2 attached to this Decision shall apply to establishments wishing to export camel’s milk and its products to European Union States.
Article 3
The Competent Department within the Ministry shall update Annexes (1) and (2) attached to this Decision in line with any new developments.
