Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended.
and Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 1972 concerning compulsory education
and Federal Decree-Law No. (29) of 2006 concerning the rights of persons with disabilities, as amended.
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2016 establishing the Emirates School Education Foundation.
And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (21) of 2013 regarding the Information Security Regulations for federal authorities.
And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (28) of 2016 regarding the organisational structure of the Ministry of Education.
and Ministerial Decision No. (820) of 2014 concerning the regulations for student registration.
And Ministerial Decision No. (699) of 2016 concerning the organisational structure of the directorates, offices and departments, and their responsibilities and functions, within the Ministry of Education.
and Ministerial Decision No. (851) of 2018 concerning the regulations governing student conduct in public education institutions.
