Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries
- Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
- and in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 1979 on veterinary quarantine, as amended,
- And Cabinet Decision No. (10/219) of 2001 regarding the approval of the economic decisions issued by the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council at its 21st session, held in the State of Bahrain from 30–31December 2000, including the approval of the Veterinary Quarantine Law (Regulation) in the States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf,
- And pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (460) of 2001 concerning the executive regulations of the Veterinary Quarantine Law (Regulation) of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) states,
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (12) of 1989 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries,
In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
