Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority Decision No. 11 of 2022 Regarding Approval and publication of international telecommunications cable regulations

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, 

Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (3) of 2003 on the regulation of the telecommunications sector and its executive regulations and amendments thereto, Based on the proposal put forward by the Director-General of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, and with the approval of At its meeting held on 27 April 2022, the Authority’s Board of Directors,

have decided the following:

Article 1 - Adoption of regulations

This Decision hereby adopts the regulations governing international telecommunications cables and their associated equipment, as set out in the annex to this Decision.

Article 2 - Entry into force and publication

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its publication.
