Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers and functions of Ministries and Ministers, and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2013 on the prevention and control of infectious and epidemic animal diseases, and its Executive regulation,
Following a recommendation from the National Committee for the Implementation of the International Health Regulations and Pandemic Response (Joint Diseases Team) to discuss Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever,
In the public interest,
Has decided:
The schedule of notifiable diseases annexed to Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2013 on the prevention and control of infectious and epidemic animal diseases is amended by adding Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever (Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever) to the Register.
All relevant State authorities shall implement the provisions of this Decision, each within their respective remit.
