Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments, and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2015 on food safety, and Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 1979 concerning agricultural quarantine and its amendments, and Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 1979 concerning veterinary quarantine and its amendments, and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 2003 establishing the Federal Customs Authority and amending it, And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water, In accordance with the recommendations of the National Food Safety Committee at its third meeting of 2015, In the public interest,
