And Decree-Law No. (1) of 2006 amending certain provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers.
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (5) of 2006 regarding the delegation of certain ministerial duties to us.
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (17) of 2007 regarding the adoption of Standard No. 5003 for ‘loose dates (unpackaged)’ as a mandatory standard for the United Arab Emirates.
and Ministerial Decision No. (167) of 2006 concerning the ban on the import of dates (loose). In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
It has been decided as follows:
Article 1
The import of loose dates (unpackaged) that comply with United Arab Emirates Standard No. 5003 is permitted.
Article 2
