Cabinet Decision No. 18 of 2018 Regarding the cultivation of native plants and nature conservation

The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 1979 on agricultural quarantine, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (24) of 1999 on the Protection and Development of the Environment, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 concerning administrative offences and penalties in the Federal Government,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for Climate Change and the Environment, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
