Pursuant to Federal Decree No. (10) of 2006 establishing The Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates, and pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. 5/386 of 1994 concerning donations or financial support provided by associations,
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. 11/11 of 2006 amending Cabinet Decision No. 5/386 of 1994 concerning donations or financial support provided by public-benefit organisations in the State, and based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for Social Affairs and with the approval of The Cabinet, it has decided:
