Federal Decree No. 109 of 2026 By Ratifying an Agreement Between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Angola Regarding the Reciprocal Exemption from Entry Visa Requirements

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, with the approval of The Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

We have sketched out what is to come:

Article 1

An agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Angola on the mutual exemption from entry visa requirements, which was signed in Luanda on 25 August 2025, has been ratified; the text of the agreement is attached.

Article 2

The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
