and Ministerial Decision No. (16) of 2010 concerning the prohibition of the catching, sale and marketing of juvenile fish measuring less than the permitted length.

In light of the findings of the Environment Authority – Abu Dhabi’s 2009 study on fishing gear, and in order to protect fish stocks from overfishing and wastage.
