We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council
Having examined Law No. (11) of 2007 establishing Dubai Maritime City,
Pursuant to Law No. (11) of 2010 on the issuance of maritime vessel licences in the Emirate of Dubai and its Executive regulations,
And Decree-Law No. (32) of 2015 concerning the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai,
And Law No. (1) of 2016 concerning the financial system of the Government of Dubai,
Pursuant to Decree No. (22) of 2009 concerning Special Development Zones in the Emirate of Dubai,
and the legislation establishing and regulating Free Zones in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
Definitions
Article (1)
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: Dubai Maritime City Authority.
Director: The Authority’s Chief Executive.
Executive
Aids: units that float on the water’s surface or are fixed to the shore, which are used
