Appeals Procedure Among the administrative penalties set out in the list annexed to The Cabinet Decision No. 53 of 2021, which apply to those who contravene the provisions of The Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2020 concerning the regulation of procedures relating to the beneficial owner

Appeals procedure:

1. The appellant shall be granted the opportunity to lodge an appeal within thirty (30) days of the date on which they were notified of the administrative penalty Decision or became aware of it, pursuant to Article 18 of Decision No. (58) of 2020 concerning the regulation of procedures for the beneficial owner in accordance with the administrative penalties set out in the Register attached to Cabinet Decision No. (53), which are imposed on offenders.
2. Appeals must be submitted using the appeal form provided on the website.
3. Documents required:
   • A copy of the offence notice
   • A copy of the business licence
   • A photograph for the UAE identity card
   • A copy of the company’s legal authorisation to lodge an appeal on behalf of a party other than the Licence holder
   • Any other supporting documents
