and Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 1992 concerning agricultural pesticides, and its Executive regulations,
Pursuant to Federal Decree No. (10) of 2007, ratifying the Law (Regulation) on Pesticides in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) States,
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (7/47) of 1999 regarding the prohibition of the manufacture of pesticides in all regions of the State, including Free Zones,
