Having reviewed Law No. (17) of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and its amendments, Pursuant to Law No. (11) of 2007 establishing Dubai Maritime City, Pursuant to Law No. (11) of 2010 on the issuance of licences for maritime vessels in the Emirate of Dubai, Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (11) of 2013 issuing the executive regulation for Law No. (11) The 2010 Regulation on the Licence for Marine Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments, and Decision No. (4) of 2017 concerning the regulation of navigation in the Dubai Water Canal,
have decided the following:
