Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (7) establishing the Federal Environment Authority,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (24) of 1999 on the protection and development of the environment,
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (7) of 1996 issuing the Regulations on Personnel Affairs of the Federal Environment Authority and amendments thereto,
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (7/637) of 2001 approving regulations as part of the Executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (24) of 1999 concerning the protection and development of the environment,
Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Health – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Environment Authority – and with the approval of The Cabinet,
