Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (37) of 2001, concerning the implementing regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. (24) of 1999 on the protection and development of the environment,
Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister for the Environment and Water, following consultation and coordination with the relevant authorities and with the approval of The Cabinet,
It has decided:
