and Federal Decree-Law No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry,
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (18) of 2012 concerning the application of scales of administrative penalties for breaches of regulatory decisions relating to living aquatic resources and fishery resources,
And pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (656) of 2014 concerning the regulation of fishing with nets,
