We, Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, Having examined the Land Registration Act No. (10) of 1972 and the Executive regulation for its implementation issued pursuant thereto. And Law No. (4) of 1980 concerning the regulation of ownership of multi-storey buildings or flats, we have decided to adopt the following co-ownership regulations and declare them to be in force with effect from Date: 15 January 1981.
