Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers and functions of Ministries and Ministers, and the laws amending it, and Federal Decree-Law No. (23) of 1999 concerning the utilisation, protection and development of aquatic living resources in the United Arab Emirates and its Executive regulations,
And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (18) of 2012 concerning the application of scales of administrative penalties for breaches of regulatory decisions relating to living aquatic resources and fishery resources.
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water, and in line with the Ministry’s commitment to achieving its strategic objectives regarding the promotion of food safety and the sustainability of domestic production, and in the public interest,
