Having examined the Land Registry Act No. (10) of 1972
In the public interest,
It has been decided that the following Act shall be enacted:
Every owner, whether a natural or legal person, shall have the right to register with the Land Registry the building erected on their land, with each floor or flat recorded separately as a separate right. This applies to all owners of flats and floors. This joint part is assigned a specific number, which is always number one, and is recorded in the property register. Each floor or independent flat is assigned a sequential number starting from number 2, and these numbers always follow the main property number; thus, each floor or flat is identified by this number plus the specific floor or flat number, and an additional register is drawn up for eachor flat, on which its specific rights in rem are recorded.
Parts of the building intended for communal use include, in particular:
