The effective management of the assets and resources of the Environment Protection and Development Authority is one of the most important means by which public funds are safeguarded and wasteful expenditure is minimised, in order to support the Authority’s strategy and objectives through the optimal use and maintenance of these assets to achieve maximum benefit and to minimise consumption and wastage, whilst reducing the negative impacts resulting from the misuse of the Authority’s property and assets, which include (buildings, machinery and equipment, motor vehicles, ships and boats, computer equipment, furniture and fittings).
