And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (27) of 2013 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water,
Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (80) of 2011 concerning the reorganisation of the Fisheries Regulatory Committee in the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah,
Pursuant to the letter received by the Ministry from the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, No. Z/3/107/2014, dated 29 April 2014, regarding the appointment of a member to the Fisheries Regulation Committee in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
