The management of the car wash or service station must ensure that cars are washed and polished in a safe and clean area, in accordance with the following conditions:

Handling: Disposal of wastewater generated from car washing and polishing into the PWSD sewerage system. Alternatively, the wastewater can be disposed of by means of an on-site earth pit, removing oils and recycling them for washing. This recycling system will produce concentrated contaminated water, which must be transported and disposed of safely by a waste water transport contractor.
