We, Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah,
Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 concerning commercial companies,
Law No. (2) of 1999 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, its Rules of Procedure and amendments thereto,
Law No. (3) of 1999 (M) concerning the establishment of the Sharjah Emirate Advisory Council and its Rules of Procedure, and amendments thereto,
Law No. (5) of 2010 concerning land registration in the Emirate of Sharjah, its Executive regulations and amendments thereto,
Subject to the approval of the Executive Council and the Advisory Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, and in the public interest,
We have enacted the following Act:
