The native plant species listed in the annex to this Decision are classified as: critically endangered, endangered, and near threatened, This is based on the threat level indicated alongside each one, in accordance with the criteria of the IUCN Red List.
It is prohibited to cut, uproot or damage the plant species listed in the annex to this Decision, or their derivatives.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2 of this Decision, the competent local authority may, in consultation with the Ministry, issue licences in The following cases:
