We, Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, Having reviewed Law No. (2) of 1999 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, its Rules of Procedure and amendments thereto, Law No. (5) of 2010 concerning land registration in the Emirate of Sharjah, its Executive regulations and amendments thereto, And Law No. (7) of 2017 concerning administrative offences and penalties in the Emirate of Sharjah, Executive Council Decision No. (28) of 2018 concerning the regulation of estate agency in the Emirate of Sharjah, Based on the proposal of the Director General of the Land Registry Department, with the approval of the Executive Council, and in the public interest, We have issued the following decision:
