The Company Coordinator will be the only authorized person to represent the company when directly dealing with DMCC to inquire, submit and collect official company documents at DMCC Client Service Centre. Hence, all member companies must appoint a Company Coordinator.

- Member company can appoint a Company Coordinator who is sponsored by them OR sponsored by another sponsor (i.e. its branch company or a Consultancy firm)
- If the appointing Company Coordinator has a dependent visa but managed to obtain a work permit, Permanent Identity Card (PIC) or Labour card must be uploaded in the service request
- As long as the appointed Company Coordinator’s visa is valid, he/she is considered as an active authorized representative of the company. Upon the visa renewal, Company Coordinator appointment must be renewed.
